Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our Australian tours

What is included in your tour prices?

Our tour prices typically include accommodation, transportation, experienced guides, entrance fees to attractions, and select meals as specified in each itinerary. International and domestic flights to the tour starting point are not included unless explicitly stated. Optional activities are usually available at additional cost.

What is the best time to visit Australia?

Australia is a year-round destination, but the best time to visit depends on the regions you plan to explore. Generally, spring (September-November) and autumn (March-May) offer pleasant temperatures across most of the country. Northern regions are best visited during the dry season (May-October), while southern regions are most enjoyable during summer (December-February).

How physically demanding are your tours?

We offer tours for all fitness levels, from easy city explorations to moderate wilderness adventures. Each tour description indicates the activity level and physical requirements. Many tours can be customized to accommodate different abilities. If you have specific concerns, please contact us to discuss how we can meet your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy allows for full refunds up to 60 days before departure, 50% refund for cancellations 30-59 days before departure, and no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days before departure. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Certain tours or custom itineraries may have different terms, which will be clearly communicated during booking.

Do I need a visa to visit Australia?

Most international visitors to Australia require a visa or electronic travel authority (ETA) before arrival. Requirements vary depending on your nationality and length of stay. We recommend checking the Australian Government's Department of Home Affairs website for the most current information. While we're happy to provide general guidance, obtaining the appropriate visa is ultimately the responsibility of the traveler.
